Perry’s place was perfect for our first time Tahoe trip. Host was very responsive and helped with so many recommendations which helped us plan our activities. He was very attentive and checked up on us on our first day. The house is well equipped with cooking essentials and toiletries. The bbq grill was very useful. The jacuzzi was a winner for us especially at night to star gaze. Overall the house was beautiful and definitely recommend and was perfect for our family size of 10.
We had a wonderful stay at Perry’s place in Lake Tahoe! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip. Perry was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated his hospitality. We had such a great time in Tahoe and would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit. First of all, Perry is an amazing host and I felt so peaceful and tranquil the minute I stepped in the Tahoe Farmhouse. Perry was on top of everything and did not skip a beat. Although the home can fit 10 people, we were a family of 4 who absolutely loved the space inside and out. I’m a tree hugger and there were plenty of trees to hug and there’s also a trail. We also enjoyed the clean hot tub and also resting on the hammock along with roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. This was a last minute getaway and everything worked out wonderfully. Tahoe Farmhouse will definitely be our go to in Tahoe. Absolutely loved it. Thank you Perry for putting joy in your house for others, it definitely shows how much you care.
The Tahoe Farmhouse is a treasure, and Perry & family excel in hosting! Excellent stay; they guided us with their local recommendations and enjoyed it all! They even provided us with local discount codes to do the Palisades Aerial tram! The house is spacious, beautiful, super clean, and in a great location for all the activities! Every amenity is accounted for here for a big family, or two groups of families getting together. Hope to stay again!

To make sure everyone has a great experience, here are a few important things to know: • 25-year old minimum age requirement for primary responsible booker along with the majority of the guests being the same (aside from children). • Guest Count: Only the guests included in the booking are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. • Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 9pm–8am to keep the peace in our neighborhood. • No Parties: This is a space for relaxing and recharging—not large gatherings or events. • Smoking: No smoking indoors. You’re welcome to smoke outside—just ensure to dispose of butts in the outside garbage bin. Most rubbish flows to the lake sooner or later. • Damage: Please treat the home as if it were your own. We understand accidents happen—just let us know so we can make it right. • Cleanliness: We’ll take care of cleaning, but excessive mess may incur an additional fee." • The reserving guest must be staying at the home. • Please note that street parking is not permitted in Tahoe City neighborhoods during Winter months of November 1 to May 1 due to snow plowing. There is plenty of parking for two standard sized vehicles in the garage and up to four more in the driveway dependent upon vehicle sizes. • This is a quiet family neighborhood where loud noise travels. Please respect our neighbors as if they were your own.
